The People
Insights For Life is overseen by Bob and Jess Read. Bob comes from a training background and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Jess is a midwife with experience in parent education. They both hold Masters Degrees from Kings College, University of London. They have been married for over 25 years and their four children are now young adults.
Bob and Jess facilitate many of the courses, as do other trained facilitators who have years of experience dealing with the joys and challenges of life together. Cindy is the Project Co-ordinator and helps to ensure the smooth running of the day to day activities. She is the main point of contact for all enquiries.
The Trustees and those who form the Management Group have key roles in developing and contributing to the work of this initiative There are also a number of supporters who offer their professional skills to assist in the work of Insights For Life.
